1. Refund requests must be received by GMF Marketing Services Ltd within 5 days of the adviser having been assigned the lead. Requests received after 5 days will NOT be considered for refund. All refund requests should be reported through your lead administration panel.
2. Refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
a) Incorrect or incomplete details.
b) Duplicate leads
If contact numbers are correctly registered with Directory Enquiries leads will be deemed chargeable.
