1. How do you source your mortgage leads?
All of our mortgage leads are sourced via various internet websites. The client simply completes a form with their details and the form is sent directly to our system.
2. How much does it cost to register?
It costs nothing to register to receive mortgage leads. You only pay for the leads that are supplied to you. The cost of our mortgage enquiries are listed below:
All mortgage leads have a minimum price of £40 per enquiry, with the following exceptions:
All remortgage leads will be priced at £55 per enquiry.
All telephone qualified enquiries will be priced at £55 per enquiry.
All adverse remortgage leads will now be priced at £80 per enquiry .
There are no upfront costs for the leads and we only take payment for the leads 3 days after they are sent to you.
3. How fresh are the mortgage Leads?
The mortgage leads are passed onto you a few seconds after the form is completed. The leads will appear in your Lead Administration Panel immediately and at the same time, you will receive the lead by email or, if you prefer, by SMS via your mobile. The nature of the internet means that the mail or SMS may take a couple of minutes to arrive in your inbox, or on your phone, but the mortgage lead is passed on instantly at our end.
This means that you can actually speak to the client within minutes of them completing the form, so they have no opportunity to contact anyone else first.
4. How many advisers receive each mortgage lead?
One! Each mortgage lead is passed on to one adviser and one adviser only. We also use intelligent software to ensure that if the client enters their details more than once, the lead is still only issued once.
5. Am I simply sent any mortgage lead that comes in?
No, all leads are distributed in a fair manner by our automated system. All members will receive an equal amount of remortgage, buy to let and puchase leads. Leads are distributed by postal area. Clients are able to register for as many postal areas as required.

7. How do I contact the client?
Contact the client by telephone, as soon as you receive the lead. We realise that it is not always possible to telephone the client immediately, but the sooner you contact the client, the better your chance of converting the lead.
Lead costs vary, depending on the type and value of the mortgage or remortgage. If you have not already registered, register now and you will have access to your lead administration panel which allows you to see the costs of each type of lead.
9. Can I limit the number of leads that I receive?
Yes. You can also set the number of leads required to zero, if you are on holiday or busy with other clients.
10. How do I pay for mortgage leads?
The payment is paid from your bank account by direct debit, within seven days of you receiving the mortgage lead. The direct debit is paid on a weekly basis. Alternatively, you can pay by debit or credit card on the same day that you receive the lead.
11. How often can I change my lead preferences?
You can change your preferences at any time.
12. What if there is an issue with a lead that I have received?
If there is an issue with a lead that you have received, please contact us within 5 days and let us know why you feel there is an issue with the lead. We will investigate the issue and get back to you within three days. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund. There is an area in Lead Administration Panel that makes reporting an issue quick and easy.
We are fully aware that although our registered consultants have an excellent conversion rate, we have no control over the use of the forms on the website, so occasionally a lead is issued that has been filled in maliciously, with invalid telephone numbers, not in this country, or that the client simply mistyped their information. In these circumstances, we do not expect you to pay for the lead.
